I stopped in due to a tire alert light coming on on my car. The staff was very quick to take a look and reassure me it was just due to low tire pressure. They filled me back up and sent me on my way in no time. Appreciate their speed and hospitality!

This was my first time using Tires Plus. I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. Jeremy and the team provided an incredible experience. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. They were proactive in their communication, keeping me informed every step of the way, and their professionalism was matched only by their expertise. It is rare to find a business that makes such a routine task feel this seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!

We were starting a 7-hour drive home to North Carolina on a Saturday when one of our tires started losing air. We walked in hoping they'd be able to get one for our BMW. Even though it wasn't a tire they stock, Micaih called around until he found one that could be delivered. He kept us informed every step of the way and had us back on the road in a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this place.

I recently had my oil changed here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the oil change quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. My car feels so much smoother! The price was very reasonable compared to other shops I've visited. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free oil change service!

Tried charging for new brakes, rotors and tie rods when I didn't need them. Stating that the rotors needed to be replaced due to rust. Also said we wouldn't make it to our next destination if we didn't replace brakes and rotors even when indicators on rotors were not yet touching. After sensing some scare tactics, I took the car to another place and after a full inspection, it showed the the brake pads, rotors and tie rods are completely fine. Wouldn't recommend going here and if you hear
